DESCRIPTION

Smart Money will be an (IOS/Android) live quiz game that will target the audience who want to enhance their knowledge database and also improve their instant decision power. It will be a fun time while learning. On top of this, users will be able to make some extra money by answering questions and continuing their streak to pass one stage after the other. The game is intended for the Nigerian market and is supposed to be technically equipped accordingly as per the network and internet connectivity quality. This game is intended to be developed at this stage in the English Language with other language versions (Pidgin, Hausa etc.) to be developed in subsequent upgrades.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coded everything except for the PHP scripts used on the back end server side.
Worked on calling and handling API responses from the server side to update user profile, quiz states and custom video ads.
Coded the UI features and effects while my partner designed the UI in Photoshop.
Integrated in app purchases and subscriptions.
Integrated social sharing features on Facebook and Twitter.
Integrated firebase for push notifications to update user on next quiz.
Responsible for building and testing onto Android and IOS platform.
Worked on integrating native plugins like image picker and social sharing for Android and IOS with a team partner.
Created custom leaderboard divided into daily, weekly and monthly players.
Integrated custom video and banner ads that can be updated in real-time from the server side.
Worked with the PHP developer in keeping everything synchronized over all devices in real-time.
Integrated mechanics to avoid any tampering or cheating by minimizing or killing the game.
